This posture correction exercise video demonstrates a method of correcting the anterior pelvic by doing the basic beginner's lunge exercise. By doing this posture correction exercise, one will stretch tight hip flexor muscles and strenghten weak glute muscles. This posture correction exercise hs been proven to dramatically correct poor posture and help to fix the anterior pelvic tilt in the lumbo pelvic hip complex that also causes back pain.
